Documents

Keep Erasmus+ mobility documents understandable, not buried.

MobilityCloud is designed to reduce document chaos by keeping project files, generated documents, signed copies and supporting records inside the relevant project instead of scattered across local folders.

The document problem in mobility projects

Mobility projects usually produce many files: applications, agreements, attendance lists, participant forms, reports, signed copies, invoices, evidence and internal notes. Without a clear structure, teams can lose time searching for the latest version.

How files are organised

The platform separates project documents from mobility evidence and budget proof. This prevents every uploaded photo, expense file or dissemination attachment from turning into one endless mixed list.

Generated and uploaded documents

MobilityCloud can support generated records and uploaded signed copies. The goal is to make the file state clear: what exists, what is still pending and what belongs to final reporting preparation.

Common questions

Does MobilityCloud replace official document templates?

No. It helps teams organise and generate working documents, but users must verify all official requirements with the relevant programme and authority.

Can files be downloaded later?

Yes. Project files and supporting records are intended to remain downloadable to authorised users with access to that project.
