Simple pricing for approved projects.

The current MobilityCloud model is intentionally easy to explain: prepare before approval, pay after the project is approved.

Project administration fee

1% of the approved grant

Minimum fee: €100. The fee is calculated from the exact approved grant amount declared by the project owner.

No online payment required at launch Manual fiscal invoice issued after approval Implementation modules unlock immediately after the approved grant is declared Payment can be completed manually until the fiscal invoice due date Unlimited or partner access can be granted manually by MobilityCloud

Before approval

Use the writing and planning tools to prepare the project. Collaborators can be invited to work on the application.

After approval

Declare the approved amount and continue immediately with budget, participants, documents and mobility management. The fiscal invoice is handled manually and paid by its due date.
