Yes. The writing, planning and support tools are designed to help before approval. The administration fee applies after approval.

When do I pay?
After you mark a project as approved and declare the approved grant amount. Management modules unlock immediately, and MobilityCloud issues a manual fiscal invoice with a payment due date.
What is the administration fee?
The current model is 1% of the approved grant, with a minimum fee of €100 per approved project.
Can collaborators access only one project?
Yes. Invitations are project-based, and access can be limited by role, including view-only and mobility-focused access.
Is MobilityCloud an official Erasmus+ tool?
No. MobilityCloud is an independent project management platform that helps organise Erasmus+ workflows. Official decisions remain with the National Agency and programme rules.
Who develops MobilityCloud?
